This gorgeous 1 BR/ 2BA vacation rental sleeps four guests at Pelican Walk beachfront condominiums.  Unit 904 has been completely renovated and updated!  This spacious one bedroom unit features a king size bed in the master suite, private master bath, a full bathroom with walk in shower for guests, a fully equipped kitchen which opens to a combination dining/living area and Gulf-front balcony. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area. So close to the beach that you will enjoy hearing each wave crash from the living area!  Enjoy Beautiful Gulf views from your private oceanfront balcony!

Pelican Walk is an ideal place to stay!  Located close to all that Panama City Beach has to offer...St. Andrews State Park, restaurants, shopping, arcades, mini golf, entertainment, pontoon and jet ski rentals, fishing, golf and much much more!!!  Unique to Pelican Walk is the dedicated, friendly staff located on-site that are more than happy to assist you and your family with the best vacation ever!  Peak Season (May-July) rents weekly Saturday to Saturday. (Check with owner for split days and exceptions)   Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out at 10 PM.  

Pelican Walk is one of few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach!   Pelican Walk offers a designated grass area for your pet with bench seating for relaxation.   The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo and each dog must weigh 25 lbs or less.  All dogs must be registered upon arrival and issued a Pelican Walk Leash Sleeve.  Pet Fee is $150/per pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association.  Pet Fee is non-refundable.
Pelican Walk amenities include:  two beachfront swimming pools, (one heated year round) gas and charcoal grill areas, hot tub, sauna, clubroom, and courts for racquetball, pickleball, shuffleboard and tennis.  Pelican walk is just 2 miles from St. Andrews State Park and nearby to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment.
