This 3 Bedroom 2 full bath unit includes a King ensuite, Queen room, and full over full bunk room. Plus, our sofa couch folds out to a queen bed. All of these beds will sleep 10 people.
The main master suite is “front and center” on the beach. It has direct access, as well, to the large private balcony where you can soak up the soothing sea breezes and gorgeous sunsets over the clear Gulf water. The private bath is complete with a garden tub, separate shower, make-up vanity, and large walk-in closet. The entire unit is newly painted and decorated. All mattresses and pillows have protectors on them.
The unit includes a fully renovated and equipped modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and even a Keurig to make your stay special! All the cookware and utensils you will need are supplied.
There is also a wine cooler and a wet bar to enjoy your perfectly chilled wine in a tastefully decorated, spacious, open living area.
The family room and the Master and Queen bedrooms are equipped with new flat-screen smart TVs.
The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light. All linens and a fully equipped kitchen are provided.
We have stocked our unit to be kid friendly. There are plenty of board games and puzzles for rainy day entertainment. We supply our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, sandcastle toys, boogie boards, beach umbrella, and more. We've supplied books for all ages (babies to adults). We even have colors/coloring books.
High-speed Internet and streaming provided.
One secure, dedicated covered parking spot with a prime location is available for $40. An additional parking spot can be purchased. Majestic Beach Towers has a new electronic license plate reader, so no hanging parking passes are needed. A seperate email will be sent it parking passes are required.
NOTE: If you are looking for a July 4th condo, this one is perfect. You can see 3 firework displays from your balcony.
Majestic Beach towers has great amenities: 3 outside pools (one of them is a mushroom waterfall pool for kids), 2 indoor heated pools, hot tub, onsite Starbucks, free move theater, onsite market, onsite seasonal restaurant, tennis courts, fitness center, game room (pool table, ping pong table, arcade), community shared grilling area.
We are located within walking distance to restaurants, local attractions, and souvenier shops.
