Our condo is located at Summit Resort with two pools, Tiki bar, snack bar and Bikini Bob's grill. There is plenty to keep you entertained on property and even more close by. Plenty of restaurants, activities on the water, and activities on land.
The condo is recently updated with a new kitchen layout, completely new bathrooms with a stand up shower, new furniture, new tile floors.
Guests have full access to all resort amenities including WIFI, pools, hot tubs, grills, restaurants, game room and weight room. Those amenities are maintained by the resort and their availability is sometimes limited due to unforeseen circumstances determined by resort management. They are completely out of our control. Unfortunately, things happen and they do go out of service at times. If we are aware of closures, we do try to communicate this to our guest.
You pull up to the gate and tell them you are guests. During business hours, check in at the front desk. They will provide you with wrist bands and parking passes. After hours, you will be directed to park and will need to go to the front office first thing in the morning.
NOTE: There is a mandatory $27 Summit resort fee per reservation for parking and arm bands.
A welcome email with information is sent the morning of your reservations.
Entry into the condo unit requires a door code we provide the day of check in once the unit is cleaned. This code is sent later in the day to ensure the departing guest's safety, to prevent a guest from popping in early.
