Imagine sitting on the large balcony, having coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evenings with unobstructed views of the Emerald Coast. It's not uncommon to see dolphins in the mornings from the balcony! Tower 1 of Grand Panama is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast with a private beach entrance just a few feet from the elevator with no steps. Unit 1002 is on the 10th floor, the perfect height for perfect views. 

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins (Bunks plus trundle) and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have DirectTV streaming included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use. We also have a pack 'n' play, booster high chair, and sippy cups for our tiniest guests. High speed wifi is included.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the world-famous, Emerald Coast, in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Resort offers 2 pools (both heated seasonally), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a full-service tiki bar and grill, coffee bar, private parking garage, 24-hour security, fitness center, and a general store. Grand Panama, Tower 1, is close to many restaurants, a water park, and family entertainment but most importantly, on the beach! No crossing the street to get to the private resort beach entrance. A $55 resort fee is paid directly to the resort and includes wristbands and one parking pass for your entire stay. An additional parking pass can be purchased for $35.

$300 deposit to reserve. Balance due 30 days before check in. A $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on the card on file 2 days before check in and released 2 days after check out. 
No pets. No smoking. No events. Must be 25 to reserve. Exceptions made for families.
