$300 deposit to reserve. Balance due 30 days before check in. A $400 damage deposit hold will be placed on the card on file 2 days before check in and released 2 days after check out. 
No pets. No smoking. No events. Must be 25 to reserve. Exceptions made for families. 
All payment types accepted including all major credit cards and Paypal. Booking will be completed through our direct booking website to include a rental agreement and providing a photo ID.
