The outdoor living space is wonderful. The beautiful private pool with plenty of room for sunbathing is perfect for entertaining. The nearby sunroom is adorable and inviting, with a dining table that seats 6.
Further inside, the living-dining area is quaint, clean, open and bright. All the furniture is new as of 2020, so no old flamingo and peacock furniture here.
The living room has a large TV and full sleeper sofa, the dining table comfortably seats 6. A guest room, queen, has a private bath, the other guest room with two twins and TV.
Point Three is in a quiet golf cart-friendly community, with easy access to Front Beach Road and Highway 98. You-re going to love this colorful section of beachy paradise. Enjoy!
