Rentals are weekly; checking in on Saturday at 4 pm CST and checking out Saturday at 10 am CST. Snow bird rates listed for winter months.

You pull up directly to your front door with zero steps to climb to get inside!. A second parking spot is also availble for each unit.
The unit has high speed internet and Xfinity on the Smart TVs and come with your favorite Netflix, Hulu, Disney plus etc.
The master bedroom has a plush King Bed with an on suite master bath. There is private balcony off the master for you to enjoy your morning coffee or your late night wind down. The sound of the waves is there to lull you to sleep!
The guest bedroom has 2 beds, one full and one queen and a full en suite bathroom, complete with a shower/ tub combo.
You will find a full set of linens in each bathroom.
The kitchen is fully appointed for anything you may want to cook up with new cookware.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit and ready for your use!
All linens are included and the unit has a complete start up of laundry soap, dish soap and basic personal needs.
The sunsets experienced here are like no other!
You are perfectly located minutes from Pier Park and all the wonderful Panama CIty Beach Dining. You are also a couple miles from 30 A and all the restaurants and shops they have to offer. Come enjoy the beautiful white and emerald waters!
