We have one-half mile of pristine beach with private entrances for residents and guests only, so there is never a crowd. The untouched natural dunes protect the sugar-white beach and the emerald blue ocean water. Our one-story house is the third house from the beach, only a 2-3 minute walk to the water but still in sight of the ocean with plenty of ground-level parking.
It is in a quiet residential neighborhood and conveniently located only a mile from Pier Park - the area's premier shopping and dining location. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is plenty of room to relax. The Living room has plenty of comfortable seating with two large sofas for viewing the large ROKU-enabled LED television mounted above the mantle. The Master bedroom is very large and includes a king-size bed, desk, sitting area and large screen ROKU-enabled LED television.
The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a private bathroom and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All of the bedrooms have chests for storing your clothes as well as plenty of closet space. Both bathrooms have upgraded stone walk-in showers. The kitchen is equipped with new Whirlpool appliances and features plenty of cookware for preparing large meals if you want to cook on your vacation.
There is a large fenced-in side yard and backyard that features a picnic table and umbrella for outdoor dining in privacy as well as a gas-fired barbeque grill. Beach chairs and boogie boards are available for your beach use and there is also an outdoor shower to clean off the sand on your return from the beach. Make your beach vacation memorable by enjoying the peaceful serenity of Bid-a Wee beach.
