***Sterling Beach is a non-smoking/non-vaping property that is strictly enforced by security on all grounds of the Sterling Beach property, to include condominium, balconies, parking lots, pool and grilling area, etc.***

Recently updated 1,480+/- square foot spacious condominium in one of the most luxurious and upscale gulf front condominium vacation resorts.  Enjoy the large, spacious balcony overlooking the 4,000 square foot tropical pool and the Gulf of America at our 2 BR/2BA Sterling Beach Condominium.  Comfortably sleeps 7 – Full kitchen, dining area, den and queen sleeper sofa, king bed in the master bedroom and one queen and one twin bed in the guest bedroom.  

Sterling Beach is a gated Gulf Front community nestled into 5 professionally landscaped and maintained prime beach front acres.  The resort is the optimal setting for a family vacation, family reunion or a corporate meeting on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches – East end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, FL.  

Our complex has onsite security, a large paver sun deck surrounding the pool, hot tub spa, gas barbecue grills surrounded by a spacious patio, fitness center with treadmills, free weights and weight machines, 48 seat movie theater and seasonal kid friendly movies many nights of the week, Resort sponsored activities for kids, holidays and special events and Complimentary Beach Setup (2 chaise chairs and sun umbrella).

Sorry but No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping and No More than 7 people - All renters must be at least 30 years of age.  Our preference is weekly rentals during peak season however based upon availability, there is a 4 night minimum stay.

All inclusive rates - taxes, cleaning and complimentary beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella) included during season.
Please contact directly via email or telephone for booking.  $300 Refundable Damage Deposit due at booking to secure your dates.  
Full payment is due at least 30 days prior to your arrival.  Once paid, cancellations that are made more than 21 days prior to arrival will receive a full 100% refund; a 75% refund will be granted if cancelled within 21 days of your arrival date and a 50% refund will be granted if cancelled less than 14 days of your arrival date.
