Sterling Beach is a gated Gulf Front community nestled into 5 professionally landscaped and maintained prime beach front acres. The resort is the optimal setting for a family vacation, family reunion or a corporate meeting on the World’s Most Beautiful Beaches – East end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach, FL.
Our complex has onsite security, a large paver sun deck surrounding the pool, hot tub spa, gas barbecue grills surrounded by a spacious patio, fitness center with treadmills, free weights and weight machines, 48 seat movie theater and seasonal kid friendly movies many nights of the week, Resort sponsored activities for kids, holidays and special events and Complimentary Beach Setup (2 chaise chairs and sun umbrella).
Sorry but No Pets, No Smoking/Vaping and No More than 7 people - All renters must be at least 30 years of age. Our preference is weekly rentals during peak season however based upon availability, there is a 4 night minimum stay.
