Our second home has a very large spacious living room with new furniture, tile, paint and 55” smart television’s in both the living room and master bedroom, Netflix, HBO and the like are free. The two master size very spacious bedrooms with two on-suite bathrooms. Two separate closets in the bedrooms as well. The main master has spectacular Gulf views from the full wall size sliding glass door and brand new king mattress and linens. The second bedroom has new mattresses as well. The custom cabinetry in our kitchen is accented with fine granite counter tops, new Whirlpool cooktop and dishwasher, refrigerator is Frigidaire and reverse osmosis water for drinking and coffee lovers. We've totally stocked the kitchen with Cuisinart pots & pans, dishes, cups & glasses and the drawers are full of cooking and eating utensils. Also brand new.
Keurig k-cup pod, single serve and programmable & 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, Ninja Professional blender, slow cooker are all waiting for you. The foyer, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, breakfast, dining, and laundry room are tiled, and are equipped with upgraded appliances. Nine-foot ceilings enhance the ocean views from the living/dining areas as well as from the master bedroom.
Our condo has an over-sized 280 sq. ft. terrace with new patio furniture for unobstructed views of the beach below. From your balcony it looks like you are at sea on a cruise abound in Gulf of America, including beach chairs (Mar-Sept.), kayaking, parasailing, surfing, or skimming the waves on a personal watercraft. The sun on your face, the wind at your back and water at your beck and call – that’s what we call a beach vacation. The ground level of the condominium has an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a magnificent sauna and hot tub. This level also has a covered entry and one free covered parking space, a second is available across the street, a barbeque area with both gas and charcoal grills, and a boardwalk that leads to the beach. On the lobby level you’ll find an exercise room and mailboxes are available for our snowbirds
This is a truly terrific complex and we have tried to make our condo equally terrific, it is our second home. We want our guests to feel that way about it, as well. Tropic Winds is located on the West Side of PCB and is known for it’s slower paced living, one of the newer buildings in the area with great amenities and less than 2 miles from Pier Park, mega shopping and restaurants. Pier Park is a one of a kind out-door Gulf Coast shopping and fun park.
