The air and water temperatures still feel like summer, the crowds are at an all time low, and our free beach setup service is still good through the end of October. This includes 2 chaise lounges and a beach umbrella set up for you every day of your stay. Our updated cozy and tastefully decorated 1/1 condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a queen-size bedroom and a queen-size pull-out sofa in the living room. The private balcony offers unmatched panoramic sunset views of the Gulf. Wake up to dolphins playing in the surf while sipping your freshly brewed coffee from our fully stocked coffee station—complete with coffee pods, flavored syrups, creamers, as well as a variety of sugars and sweeteners. Play a match of pickleball or tennis on the resort's newly reconstructed courts or relax with a game of shuffleboard. Resort equipment is available for your use in the resort's fitness room. The resort also offers gated parking, private gated beach access along with 24-hour security.
Also available for your use in our owner's storage are 2 backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, plenty of sand toys and a small cooler. You can conveniently fill the cooler with ice from the resort's ice vending machine on the ground level by the clubhouse which happens to be less expensive than a bag of ice from Walmart. And leave your beach towels at home! We offer 4 for your use at the beach or one of the 3 pools so you can save room in your luggage for all those PCB souvenirs! The west pool is heated throughout the off season for your enjoyment and each of the resort’s 3 private beach gates is equipped with a mobility mat for beach accessibility for all to enjoy! Our resort also has a well-equipped fitness room with everything you’ll need to maintain your workout routine including a treadmill, exercise bike, recumbent bike, multi-station weight machine, free weights, yoga mats and resistance bands.
We are walking distance (or a short drive) to a plethora of restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions, including Walmart which is incredibly convenient for last minute groceries or other forgotten travel needs. But in truth, you'll find the quiet solitude in the evenings on the balcony the reason you're here and why you'll never want to leave. The million-dollar sunset views offer the ultimate reset/recharge you're looking for.
Please note the following house and HOA rules required to book our property:
1. Primary renter/booker MUST be at least 25 years of age and must be staying in the rental. No 3rd party rentals.
2. The uploaded ID must match the primary renter.
3. A maximum of 4 guests allowed, including children/infants regardless of age.
4. No parties.
5. No pets.
6. No smoking in unit, on balcony or resort walkways. There are designated smoking areas on the ground level.
Additional Onsite Fees Required:
Upon arrival you will need to check into the office for a parking pass and bracelets so you have full access to the property. Credit, debit or tap-to-pay are the only forms of payment accepted, no cash. If arriving after hours, gate security can issue these items as well. Parking is $30 for the whole stay and each wrist band is $6 (for guests age 12+). There is only one car per unit allowed. If you need additional parking, there is a lot near Ripley's Believe it or Not (down the street from Sunbird) that is $12 per day.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance especially during hurricane season.
Signed renter agreement and a copy of your government issued ID (driver's license) required to book. Security hold required of $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 3 days after departure. This charge will never show up on your credit card provided no excessive cleaning is required and no damage has incurred to the property or furnishings.
