Welcome to our gorgeous 10th floor condo, unit 1022 at the conveniently located Shores of Panama in Panama City Beach, FL. Donning two beautiful master bedroom suites with views of the Gulf and full baths in each. A third bedroom, which is a large bunkroom with 4 queen size beds and a couch, offer plenty of room for the whole family. A spacious vanity area just outside the third/hall bath makes getting ready to go out a breeze.
The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes and utensils. You have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or enjoy one of the many take out options PCB offers. There is a pantry for you to store away your groceries. The bar has seating for four and a table setting for three. Right around the corner at the beginning of the hallway, is the laundry closet. It has a full size, stackable washer and dryer so you never run out of clean clothes or linens.

The first master suite has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa loveseat. It serves as a quiet spot for an afternoon nap, reading a great book or a restful night's sleep. With its own full bath, you'll have a private spot all of your own. The second master suite has a queen size bed and is just as inviting as the first. It also has its own full bath and is where you will find the iron and ironing board tucked away in the closet. Both of these rooms are furnished with smart TVs, dressers and have closets for your belongings so you can have that at home feeling.
The bunk room is the ideal hangout for your teens or can be a shared family space if more than one family is traveling together. It has two queen size bunk beds (four queen size beds) and has a hangout spot with its own sleeper sofa and smart tv. This space also has a dresser for storing your things in. Next to the sofa, you will find all the fun beach accessories. Be sure to check this spot out before you go and purchase anything. We have chairs, floats, boogie boards, sand toys and a buggy to carry it all out on the beach with.
The living room has a couch and a love seat. Both of these recline and offer a sweet spot for an afternoon nap or enjoying your favorite show on the big screen tv. You can enjoy views of the beautiful pool and the stunning Gulf of America through the three large glass sliding windows. Enjoy the many board games that are out of sight under the tv or cozy up with one of the soft blankets. There are extra chairs throughout the condo that can be used for extra seating if needed.
Step through the sliding glass doors out onto the balcony and see views that will take your breath away. The balcony is a corner balcony that gives plenty of privacy. It is furnished with a full size sofa bed/couch and a love seat. It also has a table and chair set that can be utilized for more dining/seating. This spot is so serene, it will make you want to spend the night outside listening to the waves under the stars....or the sun. This may just be the best spot in the condo.
The biggest perk of our condo is the 10th floor reserved parking space right outside the entrance to the parking garage. The unit comes with two parking spaces, one reserved spot and one general parking spot. With a buggy right inside the condo door, getting all your belongings into the condo is no hassle at all. No elevators needed because you get out of your vehicle and walk straight to your vacation oasis!!
The Shores of Panama resort is spectacular in itself. From the beachfront deck with a zero-entry, lagoon-style pool, a kids’ play area, and a Jacuzzi to the heated indoor pool and accompanying indoor Jacuzzi, there are plenty of opportunities to make a splash at the Shores of Panama. There is also a pool side cafe, a coffee shop with something for that sweet tooth and a weight room. There is a grilling area and beach amenities that are sure to be helpful during your stay. Across the street from Wal-Mart and next door to Pineapple Willy's, you will not find a better location directly on the beach!!
