Laketown Wharf 1037 has been decorated extremely tastefully to provide a great experience for you and your family. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable King Bed and ensuite Bathroom. The bunk area is secluded and has brand new mattresses and a private bathroom. The living area is extremely spacious and open, it offers a sleeper sofa couch and updated furniture for the ultimate luxury feel. The condo is 1050 sq. ft and it is located on the best floor- 10th. Right across the 10th level you will find one of the best pools in the complex, hidden away and extremely close, so no elevators are needed to access it. You will love getting to watch the Vegas-style fountain show every night at 8:oopm from the privacy of your own balcony!

Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sleeping Nook: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Shared hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

For the perfect beach day, please note that beach towels are not provided. We recommend bringing your own beach towels to make the most of the sun, sand, and surf just moments away.

Laketown Wharf Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $75.00 (Fees are Subject to Change) will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA through their online portal. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
