My townhouse is right on the beach and gulf waters, and, in the quiet west end of the beach.
However, the location is very close to Pier Park and 30-A, and all of the activities, shopping, & restaurants you could want.
Park in front of my townhome in the reserved/marked parking space at the front door.
There's also an unmarked parking space a few feet away & next to the road.
Check-in is easy when you enter the front door with a number-coded lock, that automatically locks when the door is closed.
When you open the front door, take a right to the 1/2 Bath & laundry area.
Or, you can keep going straight in to the kitchen, dining, & living areas.
You will have free WiFi, Cable TV, and 3-smart tv's, a few beach toys & beach chairs for outside.
There is a charcoal grill on the front patio, to be used in an empty space in the parking lot. There's no grilling or glass on the beachside.
Bring your favorite toys, games, beach towels, umbrellas, & canopies.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and each have private ensuites.
The masterbedroom has a private balcony overlooking the sandy beach and the Emerald Coast Gulf waters.
