'The Beach House at Carillon Beach is located on a beautiful white sandy beach. This home includes a living room and dining area, three large bedrooms and a den. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and all other bedrooms and the den have queen-sized beds. All bedrooms and the den have private bathrooms. We have high-speed wireless and 2 Flat Screen HD TV's. All in an immaculate setting.
Carillon Beach is an upscale gated community on the Gulf of America. The complex contains free standing homes surrounded by three swimming pools, two tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground and picnic area. A coffee shop, ice cream, yoga studio, paddle board shop, fitness center, restaurant and general store offering bicycles, paddle boards and surfboards for rent two walking blocks from 'The Beach House'.
The Beach House offers a family dream vacation in an immaculate dream house on the beach with magnificent views of the Gulf from the living room area and large master bedroom - two bedrooms overlook Lake Carillon. Enjoy spectacular sunsets from two beachfront decks. Another actvity is searching for crabs on the shore at night with the kids and flashlights. You do not need to lug stuff to the beach and there are magnificent views of the beach from our living room and master bedroom, and a view of Lake Carillon from our guest bedrooms.
Your own private walkover to the beach is provided including a double lounge chair and umbrella set up from mid-March to mid-October. One of the three swimming pools is on the Gulf two houses away. Two other pools are heated in the off season.

We are a retired couple with a wonderful close family who love the Beach House. We all spend as much time together as possible. Our house was built not only for our comfort, but also with the kids and grandkids in mind. Some of our children are now grown and their children are now making wonderful memories at the Beach House. We are there when you need us during your rental experience.

What makes this house unique
It is a carefree beach vacation! Not carrying stuff to the beach, magnificent Gulf views from our living room, master bedroom with Gulf views and guest bedrooms with views of Lake Carillon. We enjoy just sitting on the covered deck while watching children digging in the sand. We also cherish having a refreshing drink while enjoying the sunset from the deck with friends and family. You will not be disappointed!
