When we bought Emerald Isle 1502, we were looking for a huge spacious balcony with perfect views of the beautiful emerald water and the beach, for elevators that work with no long lines, and same side of the street parking. We found a 10 rating for each of those at Emerald Isle Resort. The condo has comfortable attractive balcony furniture. The condo is equipped with appliances all less than one year old. You will enjoy recently replaced mattresses and a new sofa. The condo is very well supplied with kitchen necessities. The unit is a non-smoking unit. You will fall in love with the view from the spacious balcony. The living area now has drapes! The elevators are being upgraded for an even faster and smoother ride. Front row beach service is included March - October. We would love for you to stay with us! Save travels!
