The space
BED & BATH

The Master Suite has a King Size Bed, dresser, nightstands, large flat screen TV, a private attached bathroom featuring a standing shower with glass doors, plus an oversized bathtub, double sink vanity, private toilet room with door and a HUGE walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and storage.

The 2nd guest bedroom has a King Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom is located in the bedroom with tub/shower combo.

The 3rd guest bedroom has one Queen bed and one Full Size Bed, dresser, nightstand table, closet and a flat screen TV.

The 4th bedroom is a small alcove with a twin bunks.

LIVING AREA

Enjoy our spacious living room complete with a sofa, love seat, coffee table, side tables, and a flat screen TV on the stand.

We also have a BRAND-NEW Full-size washer & dryer in the laundry room with a shelving unit above the washer and dryer to hang your non dryer items on.

KITCHEN & DINING

Our Beautiful fully equipped, fully stocked kitchen featuring BRAND-NEW appliances (stove, oven, double sided refrigerator, dishwasher). We have everything you need to create delicious meals. Also located in the kitchen is a desk nook that provides an area to work, along with sliding glass doors that open up to the back patio.

When it's time to dine, enjoy our dining table with plenty seating to accommodate up to 6 guests with an added plus of a breakfast bar & barstools complete with seating for 4 guests.

LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES INCLUDED:

Linen for all of the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and several trash bags.

- Pets: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS are allowed in the home this is an HOA regulation and is strictly enforced.

- Events/Large groups: ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the property-with ZERO refunds!!!! No more than 8 guests are to occupy the unit each night. Large parties or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.

Stay at the beautiful Laketown Wharf. Our unit is on the 2nd floor so if you don’t want to be bothered with the elevators it’s an easy walk up/downstairs. The unit sleeps 10, 2 bedrooms with king, 1 queen and 1 full size in 2nd bedroom, 1 set of twin bunk beds and a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, 3 full baths, and large private balcony. Our resort is across the street from the beach, and we are directly across from Pineapple Willy's. There are 3 beach access points directly across the street from us. It's a short, easy walk across street to our beautiful white sandy beaches. Enjoy the views off the private balcony that overlooks the lake anytime of the day, plus you also can enjoy the lightshow on the water every night at 8pm. *** THE HOA FOR THIS BUILDING DOES CHARGE FOR PARKING PASSES AND WRIST BANDS. THE FEE IS $133.78 PER RENTAL. THE LINK FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT WILL BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE RENTER AND IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPLETE. ***
