The space
1st floor has a spacious Living area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a Bedroom w/ full bath. The Bedroom has a Queen over King Custom built bunk bed.
The 2nd floor has a Master Suite w/ King bed, Jacuzzi tub, and walk in shower. There is also another Bedroom w/ a Queen over Queen Custom-built bunk bed w/ a full bath.
The 3rd floor has a Custom-built Queen over Queen bunk bed and a Full/Twin bunk bed with half bath. 3rd floor also has a microwave in the living space and a large deck. This is a great place to enjoy the views, tan or just visit with family & friends.
Outside, the pool area features a BBQ grill for post-beach relaxation and dining. The pool is equipped with a heater, available for an additional fee of $50/night, and the gate to the pool area is locked for child safety.
Conveniently located near various attractions, dining, shopping, including Walmart, two golf courses, and PCB Airport, this home is ideal for creating lasting memories. Other things to note
If the group is under 25 please message us and give us a little bit of information about your group before booking. We have had many young groups that have been wonderful and took great care of our homes. There is a 50.00 per day charge for the pool heater due to increased utility bills. The home will have 2 rolls of paper towels, an extra trash bag in each trash can, & 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. The guest provides any extra they may need. There is a security camera on the exterior of the home at the front entrance of the home and another one on the side of the home where the gate to the back yard is located.
