YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO. An initial payment equal to 20% of the rent is required to reserve the condo. The initial payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express). Final payments are due 30 days in advance and can be paid by credit card, cash, cashier's checks or personal check. All reservations include a $250 refundable Security Deposit.
