You have surfed into one of the very nicest 1BR units at The Summit.
It has a second shower in what was formerly the hall half bath to create a full second bathroom!!! No more waiting for everyone to use one shower!!! Note that most 1 bedroom units at The Summit are 1.5 baths.
This one has been updated...from the cabinets to the furniture to the air-conditioning.
There is one large bedroom with king bed, HDTV with DVD combo and private master bath, sturdy bunk beds off of the hall and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Using all of these beds, five can be accommodated in the unit easily. There is also a large chair in the living room for lounging in the A/C while looking out at the gulf.
In addition to the fold-out sofa, the living room features a built-in corner entertainment console with large HDTV and DVD player, a bar and dinette for seating five when dining in.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, and under-the-counter washer and dryer units for easy and convenient laundry. Ceramic tile is throughout, including the bedroom.
Of course, the best part is the view. It doesn't get any more direct oceanfront than this--the views from the 8th floor are excellent and unobstructed. Watch the gulf waves from the living room, kitchen, and private balcony!!!
The resort has pretty much every amenity you could need for an excellent vacation including two outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), two outdoor hot tubs, one huge indoor hot tub, saunas, tiki bar poolside, the famous Bikini Bobs restaurant, beach service for chair/umbrella/jet ski/parasail rentals, tennis courts, game room, shuffleboard, fitness center, internet kiosks, ice cream/sandwich shop, convenience store, beach playground, and free wireless internet access in all units!
