This 1975 square foot beach front condo is newly updated and only been on the rental program for a few years. We are located on the 9th floor of the E building of Dunes of Panama. This unit provides easy access to the beach, swimming pool and grilling area.
All 3 bedrooms, and the living/dining room have unbelievable beach front views. The master bedroom offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a remodeled bathroom including a stand up shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a private beach front patio. There is also a pull out sleeper in the living room. The dining table seats 6 and 2 bar stools at the counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The unit also has a full size washer and dryer.
The Dunes of Panama offers 1500 ft of prime beach front, 3 pools (1 heated in the winter), 2 lighted tennis courts, a basketball goal, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, deli/convenience store and fitness room. Friendly, family atmosphere with on site security.
