Enjoy your vacation getaway in our beautiful and spacious beachfront condo. This is a great family oriented facility. Our unit is located on the 2nd floor (no waiting on elevators) with easy access from parking lot. The complex is only six stories tall and is a very popular place to stay.  It is just steps away the beach in the Mariner East Condominiums and it is on the 'quiet' side of Panama City Beach.

This unit is one of the largest, 1 bedroom, beachfront condos on Panama City Beach. Unit #209 sleeps up to 4 comfortably and has been completely renovated. It is immaculate with many updates.  Small details have been addressed for your conveinance.

This beautiful 1 bedroom condo will make you feel right at home. It has a large living room, large bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bunk room, and 2 full baths.

The condo was renovated and remodeled in 2019.  All new Luxury Vinyl Planking has been installed. It is been tastefully decorated with muted colors which provides a relaxing and soothing. 

The spacious living room is comfortable, with a new media center that boasts a 60" flat screen T.V. with cable, voice remote, HBO, and HD channels. All furniture is new. Room has a recliner, two swivel chairs, dining furniture, accent tables, and  bar stools. The new sofa converts to a queen sized sleeper. You have a spectacular view of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen or while you are relaxing on the private balcony. The balcony is very comfortable with new composite  bar height pub table.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed with new bedroom furniture. It also has bamboo floor, blinds and room darkening drapes (for those mornings when you want to sleep in late). This room has a 55" wall mounted flat screen T.V. (cable, HBO, HD channels).  It also has an adjoining full bath that has been renovated with a large tile shower with rainfall tile accent.

The bunk room has a new bunk bed.  It is a twin over full bed. It also has drawers underneath for added storage.

The bar faces the kitchen which is fully equipped with new appliances (refridgerator, icemaker, stove, dishwasher, and microwave).  Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, lots of cookware, toaster, coffeemaker (Keurig also available), Ninja Grill in kitchen,  can opener, blender, crock-pot, and everything else that you need to feel right at home.

There is also another full sized bathroom in hallway (newly renovated) with tile shower/tub combonation, new vanity, sink, toilet.

The beach has easy access from the pool gate. Just two small steps and your on the warm beautiful white sand that Panama City Beach is famous for.

Unit is also equipped with free WI-FI access and has a digital lock - making entry/exit easy and key free.

The complex has a beautiful pool and is heated in the cooler months.

This unit has it's own utility room with washer and dryer. Aluminum beach chairs and umbrella Included (Not Beach Service).
 
Condo is well stocked with linens and towels.

This condo is located right on the Gulf and is just minutes away to St. Andrew Bay State Park, great restaurants, golf courses, amusement parks, water sports rentals, and everything else that the Panama City Beach area has to offer. A short drive will put you at Pier Park with shopping options galore!
