If you need more space for larger family gatherings, we also own another 2 bedroom (1005). BOTH are on the same floor for your convenience.

Second bedroom
2 queen size beds, flat screen TV and attached bathroom with bath towels.

Fully equipped kitchen, just like home. Granite counter tops, dishwasher, modern appliances.
Living room/dining area
Lazy Boy furniture, access to balcony, flat screen TV, blue ray DVD player, games, books (take one or leave one), free wireless internet, wet bar w/mini fridge and dining room seats 6 + 3 at the bar.
Balcony
Table, chairs for outdoor dining. Chaise lounges for outdoor coffee, sunbathing or frozen cocktails. Bench rocker for cuddling and watching the sun set.
Beach Service included
Two padded beach loungers with umbrella perfectly situated on the beach and ready for you!
From the 10th floor balcony you can see the sun set from the well appointed balcony! It is all you could possibly want in a condo. Tile and wood floor throughout, large full size laundry facility with basin sink in your condo, marble counter tops in kitchen with top of the line appliances, remodeled oversize tiled master shower and Jacuzzi tub (separate), private facility (coded gate and elevators), our kids love the indoor pool. This complex is the closest one to the beach. Just a few steps and you are there! There are too many beautiful items to list about this complex and unit. Questions, just call or email.

A separate $30.00 parking fee is payable to the Princess at check-in.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per stay. No exceptions and no trailers allowed during peak season months.

Peak season dates (Memorial to Labor Day) for Check in/out day is Saturday to Saturday.
