*** Unlike other properties, our unit includes ONSITE property management! Reservations, service and maintenance are all located in the building. So if there are any problems during your stay, the people who can help you are right there!
*** We are always updating our unit! We have refreshed the unit for 2026, with drapery tie-backs, new bar stools, new sleeper sofa, smart TVs and cosmetic touches. Other recent updates include new upholstered chairs in the family room, a King-sized Novaform mattress in the bedroom (4.4/5 stars at Costco), two new beautiful remote controlled ceiling fans in the family room and bedroom, as well as two new chaise lounges on the balcony! The entire unit is tiled, so there is no carpet anywhere in the unit! Most of the appliances are newer and have been installed in the past few years.
*** Perfect Fifth Floor Location! Great elevation for views, but not too high. From here, You can see the waves breaking on the sand while you are seated in the family room or lying in your bed! Just two floors above the walkway from the parking garage, so no long elevator rides!
*** West End Unit! The balcony has good views of the beach in both directions, especially a fantastic, unobstructed view to the West for viewing the sunsets and the Fishing Pier (see the picture below!) This is a private balcony (rare in Aqua!) that has two chaise lounges as well as a bistro set for two!
*** Very nicely furnished, comfortable and tasteful. Every room is beautifully decorated. (Check out the pictures!) Your kids will love the custom-built bunk beds. The bunks have lots of headroom, so your kids can sit comfortably in bed and watch TV. And you will love the King-Sized Noveform mattress in the bedroom! Queen sleeper in the family room provides extra sleeping space. Floor-to-ceiling blackout drapes block out the light when you want privacy, and include tie-backs when you want to let the sun shine in (check out how much glass faces the beach)!
*** Everything you need! Unit includes Cable TV, high speed wi-fi internet access, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen w/stainless steel appliances, two full baths, and sleeping for up to six people.
Aqua has been recently renovated and is hands-down the best property on Panama City Beach. Aqua has two outdoor pools, an indoor/outdoor pool which is seasonally heated, a hot tub, Fitness Center, Steam Room, outdoor grills, onsite shop, beautiful landscaping and of course is directly on the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Aqua is a short walk from Pier Park, the famous shopping and entertainment center, as well just a block from Top Golf!

Price + Parking Fee includes everything, rent, taxes, all fees and seasonal beach chair service.
We use Aqua's onsite property management program. The policy is that a deposit of 30% is due at the time of the reservation confirmation, with the remainder due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made outside of 30 days are subject to a 7% fee. No refunds within 30 days.
