Come relax and enjoy your vacation as you experience the sugar white sands and emerald green water that the NW Florida Gulf Coast is known for. Enjoy the incredible views, breeze, and sunsets from this 15th floor, totally remodeled, spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean-front condo. The oversized 30' x 9' balcony spans the living room and master bedroom.... just imagine dining on the balcony, or waking up to the sounds of the surf and sea gulls. The unit faces SSW which is perfect for enjoying the balcony views of the freighters, ships, yachts, and fishing boats going in and out of the St. Andrews State Park jetties, stunning sunsets, and on a clear day - a view of the coastline all the way to Miramar Beach and beyond! Collect shells while taking daily walks or simply enjoy a day at the beach without the expense of beach chairs.... TWO sets of wooden chairs with cushions and umbrella are included with your rental! (Beach chairs only available during the season - March 1 thru October 31)

Relax in the living room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, love seat, oversized chair and a 65" Smart TV. The dining table has 6 chairs, plus 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king size bed (Saatva mattress) and a 60" Smart TV. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a 40" Smart TV. Each bedroom has a full bath, with the master bath having double sinks, separate toilet room, dual head shower and large walk-in closet. There are also two twin size wall bunk beds with new mattresses for extra sleeping!  Each bunk has it's own TV with wifi streaming (the kids can watch their own shows without bothering anyone!).  The FULLY equipped kitchen has all the luxuries of home, including an air  fryer, and Cuisinart coffee maker for both drip coffee and K-cup capabilities! The separate laundry room has a full size new front loading washer/dryer, and iron w/ironing board. Amenities include: HD Cable/Wi-Fi, hair dryer in each bathroom, iron/ironing board, paper towels, toilet paper, bath wash, shampoo/conditioner, lotions, dish detergent, laundry detergent/softener, salt/pepper, and lots of spices. Everything you need but your clothes and food!

The condo will accommodate up to 4 Adults (MAX) and 2 children very comfortably (Maximum occupancy 6).  Any modification to this policy must be approved by owner in advance of stay. If more than 4 adults try to occupy the condo without prior approval, you will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. 

Treasure Island has a gulf front pool with Liza's Munchies poolside for food and drinks, hot tub, fitness center, gas and charcoal grills, and a covered assigned parking space plus one unassigned space. (An additional parking space can be purchased for $100 per visit.)  Two sets of wooden beach lounge chairs with umbrellas are provided with your rental from March 1 until October 31. Wave runner rental, para-sailing and banana boat rides, etc. are offered near by at an additional charge.

No traffic stress - like on front and back beach road. Treasure Island is located 3/4 mile west of St Andrews State Park, which has, in addition to pristine beaches, two fishing piers, a jetty (great snorkeling), a boat ramp, nature trails (good bird-watching), and shuttles to Shell Island during the spring and summer. From the front balcony (street side), you can see the Grand Lagoon, Hathaway Bridge, Shell Island, and the jetties with the fishing boats coming in and out. Restaurants are a short walk or drive away, with Schooner's - the "last local beach club", located just steps down the beach - a great sunset walk! There are many other restaurants close by such as Captain Anderson's, J Michael's, Grand Marlin, Dat Cajun Place, Christo's, Capt. Max's Bar & Grill, Off the Hook, and Patch's Pub less than a mile of this great location. Publix is just a mile from condo, and Aldi's will be opening soon next to Publix!  Easy access to everything!!!!

For entertainment we have the new Dolly's Pirate Voyage Show and Top Golf, and the popular Key West style Pier Park Shopping Mall are just a few of the fun experiences you can have while at Panama City Beach. The local Pirate Ship Cruise is a fun excursion for the kids, or the highly recommended SeaScreamer cruise for the family gives you a 5 mile ride and view of the beach from the water. Both of these cruises can be seen regularly sailing the waters from the condo balcony. And don't forget our pontoon/jet ski rentals, golf courses and charter boats, all close by.

*PLEASE NOTE: The minimum age requirement to rent this condo is 25 years old which is strictly enforced. The person who accepts the agreement and pays the deposit must be least 25 years old and staying at the unit during the entire specified time frame. The condo will accommodate up to 4 Adults (MAX) and 2 children.  If more than 4 adults/2 children attempt to occupy the condo (without PRIOR approval from owner) you will be required to leave. Violation of any policy will result in immediate eviction with no refund of any kind.  Treasure Island has surveillance cameras in the walkways and elevators, and the unit has a Ring doorbell camera.
