The living space in this condo is very large with plenty of room to spread out and relax when not out enjoying the beautiful pools, beach and Gulf! 10 miles to the international airport, 15 miles from EBRO Dog Track and Poker Room.  Minutes from Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, Deep Sea Fishing Trips, Zoo World, Bungee Rides, Bowling, Mini-Golf, specialty boutiques, Shipwreck Island Water park and much, much more. $250 refundable deposit is required to hold your reservation.  Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full refund if cancelled 21 days or more prior to arrival, refunds inside 21 days are at the descretion of the owner and are dependent upon our ability to rent the property for the dates cancelled.  13% FL tax is added to your rental rate and cleaning.  This is required by the state of Florida on resort property owners to rent their property.
