The condo is on a lower floor which enables you to make a quick trip to the main floor and beach area. Located next to the stairwell makes it easy to come and go as you please. No long waits for the elevator!

The kitchen faces the water so you can partake of the view of the day. It has modern stainless-steel appliances and an adequate supply of culinary tools and dinnerware for your family and guests. The master bedroom opens to the private balcony and has an adjoining private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Beach equipment is provided free of charge to our guests. A beach cart, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and toys for the kids make your stay more comfortable while here. A Pack N Play is also available to help corral your little tyke and keep him/her safe!

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, plus there are clever bunkies off the dining area that each are single mattresses. Bunkies are a popular choice for kids and teens.
