Celadon is a beautiful luxury resort on the very quiet, west end of Panama City Beach with the famous Thomas Donuts just minutes away. Just a short distance from Pier Park Mall, with famous 30A beach towns just a short drive to the west including Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary & Grayton Beach that offer unique restaurants, boutiques and shopping with nightlife, amusements and unending restaurants just minutes to the east. Also on site is a fitness room, 2 pools, 2 hotubs & a pickleball/tennis court.

One time parking pass needs to be purchased from the HOA for $45 (up to a 30 day stay)
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
Must cancel within 60 days prior to check in for a full refund. 30- 59 days prior will recieve a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days prior to check in will forfeit all moneys. All cancellations will forfeit the damage/security deposit.
PAYMENT POLICY
50% of payment plus the damage/security deposit needs to be made at the time of booking and the balance made 31 days prior to check in.
