The space
The home features high ceilings, upscale finishes, and is situated just steps from the beach and a heated community swimming pool and park area with tennis courts and children's play area. It boasts 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths: 3 Kings, 1 Queen, a bunk room PLUS a third floor loft with 2 additional beds— one built in Twin and one mini-Twin/child size.
The guest bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed with a full attached private bath. The Master Suite on the second level includes a King bed, TV, a private deck and a jacuzzi tub with separate shower. The upstairs guest bedrooms-- both with King beds -- share a full bath with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The second floor also has a bunk room with built-in bunks and a TV. The tower room on the third floor offers two additional built-in twin beds as well as a TV and a balcony with a view of the ocean! The second floor also has a laundry room equipped with a Speed Queen washer/dryer. Additional living space to the rear includes a spacious back deck with grill, an outside shower, and a fire pit with seating. The home is equipped with high speed internet/WiFi.
Carillon Beach Walkover #1, just 150 steps from the home, is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31).

PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart can be parked at the home. A maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area can be parked in front of a home, in the gravel per HOA guidelines. No Golf Cart Charging is permitted on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
Other things to note
Stella Maris is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, a full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Carillon Beach is also a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
