From Sept 2024 to March 2027, the resort will undergo exterior updates (Walkways, balconies and windows). Noise levels may vary depending on timing and location. This condo will not be worked on directly for dates available to book.

Resort Fee
• The resort fee is paid separately before check-in and is required for parking and amenity access.
• 1 Bedroom+: $81.00
• A payment and vehicle registration link will be provided before check-in.

Important Rental Information
• Late May through early August: 5-night minimum, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• March through April: 5-night minimum, with check-in or check-out on Saturday or Sunday
• January and February: Monthly rentals
• March through November: Maximum 2-week stays
• Please inquire for exceptions or special requests
• Renter must be at least 21 years old
• Guests under 25 require a $500 refundable security deposit and photo ID
