This beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo is located on the second floor and sleeps 7. The master bedroom has a king bed and a large flat-screen TV. The en suite has a shower tub combo. The second bedroom offers a twin bed and a full-size bed as well as a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need and more. The comfy living room has a queen sleeper sofa as well as plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony or watch the amazing sunsets. Summit Beach Resort features 2 large swimming pools which are heated in the winter and 2 hot tubs for relaxing in the evenings. The poolside deck has plenty of seating and a Tiki Bar. The resort is just a few minutes from numerous restaurants, including Hammerhead Fred's and Longboards, both are across the street for easy walking. Family friendly attractions like Wonderworks and Shipwreck Island are within 5 miles as well as multiple beach stores. Less than 5 miles away is Saint Andrew's State Park or you can catch the Shuttle boat to Shell Island. Enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, playground facilities, and more. Direct beach access where you will find activities like beach volleyball, parasailing, and so much more!

Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 - April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February rent for a maximum of two weeks with a Saturday or Sunday check-in. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry.
