Our condo, "Sea La Vie” features Two Bedrooms, Two Baths in Tower 2, where you will find the lobby, parking garage, pizzaria, general store, rooftop heated pool, grills, hot tub, and fitness center. Access to the heated beachside pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, Tiki Bar, and the beach is just a short walk across the pedestrian walkway to Tower 1. Grand Panama is the perfect location for your vacation fun!
The space
1135 square feet of living space. The living room has a queen sleeper, 2 chairs, and 50" smart tv. It opens to the 21' balcony and a spectacular view of the cityscape, beach and gulf. The master bedroom also opens to the georgeous view from the balcony. The bedroom has an ensuite bath with shower, separate bath tub, and double sink vanity. The second bedroom opens to the second bath with shower/tub combination. There are twin bunks in the hallway alcove located across from the second bath. The dining room has a table with four chairs and a bar that seats 4. The condo is tastefully decorated, clean and well maintained. There is a fitness center on first floor of Tower 2. where the rooftop heated pool, hot tub, and grills are also located. A nature walk just outside the lobby area provides a brief glimpse of the Florida ecosystem.
Guest access
Guests will register online for parking passes and wrist bands at a cost of $60.50 plus tax. Upon arrival, guests should stop by the front desk to pick up their parking passes and wrist bands, and may access the condo via their own code for the door lock.
Other things to note
Guests must be at least 25 to reserve condo, and person reserving must be staying in condo
Guests are not allowed to have guests on property unless approved by owner and registered with the front desk.
No smoking in the condo or on balcony
Children under 12 must be accompanied by adult when on balcony
Quiet time on property is 10:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m.
No jumping in elevator, as it will shut down and occupants in elevator will be stuck until help arrives. This will result in a fine up to $1,000
Non-registered vehicles are subject to towing.
