Spacious two bedroom, two bath gulf front condo located on the 7th floor.  Absolutely nothing to block your fabulous views of the Emerald waters of PCB! This unit is located over one of Regency's two pools. The master bedroom features a king size bed with sliding doors leading to the gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom has two full size beds. Along with a sofa sleeper in living room. Flat screen televisions in each bedroom and living room. Siren's Song features two chaise lounge chairs and beach umbrella service during your stay!

Regency Towers has something for the entire family. You will enjoy the two full size pools (one of which is seasonally heated). Regency has an indoor hot tub, poolside bar and grill, and a fitness room. Regency Towers is a gated community with 24 hour security. 

Regency Towers is located on Thomas Drive (the East end of the beach). This end of the beach is considered to be quieter and have less traffic. If you stay at the Regency, we recommend that you take a trip to St. Andrews State Park. The park is only 1.4 miles away, features a boat ramp, great fishing spots, and the best snorkeling site. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE, unless mandatory evacuation. Then a prorated amount based on time stayed will be given. Cancellation notice of 60 days on weekly rentals, 45 days monthly rentals. If less notice is given, deposit will be forfeited. (Unless, we are able to rent unit)
