Inside, the condo is beautifully refreshed with new Stearns & Foster mattresses (August 2023), stylish furnishings, and a thoughtfully curated coffee bar. The open-concept living area boasts a large Roku TV, Gulf views, and direct balcony access, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. To make your stay even more enjoyable, the unit is equipped with an on-demand hot water heater, so you’ll never run out of hot water—perfect for large groups or families.  

 The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, ample cookware, and upgraded appliances to make dining in a breeze. The four bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy:  

- Bedroom 1: Gulf-front king bed, en suite bathroom, Roku TV, and balcony access

**House Rules**

No pets, no parties, no noise after 10pm. Per HOA rules, 12 people is the limit for the condo.

Our property is meant to be a family friendly property, even during Spring Break and the month of March. To that end, our HOA has in place the following policies for stays that begin in the month of March:
- All rental groups must include at least two (2) adults aged 25 or older, who must reside at the unit each night for the full duration of the rental.
- Both the Owner and the HOA reserve the right to confirm, in person, the identity and ages of guests at check-in and at any time during the stay.

We are a small community with some full-time residents - the HOA will call the police in case of parties or other disruptive behavior.
