Please Note:
The resort is undergoing exterior stucco repairs, which typically occur between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and noticeable noise may be heard during these hours.
Additionally, at some point between October 31, 2025, and February 23, 2026, our balcony may be temporarily closed due to maintenance on our side of the resort. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.​
RULES:
*ADULT OVER 25 YEARS OLD*
​At least one adult over the age of 25 is required to book the stay and remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
*PET POLICY*
We love animals, but the resort does not allow pets.
Exception: In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), trained service dogs that assist individuals with disabilities are always welcome. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
Important: If this policy is violated, the property owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate the property without a refund.
*NO PARTIES OR EVENTS*
To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are not permitted in the condo or anywhere on the property.
Important: Any unauthorized party, event, or disturbance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all payments.Smoking Policy
*NO SMOKING*
To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the condo, including on balconies if doors or windows are open.
If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Important: If smoking is discovered inside the unit, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to cover odor removal and deep cleaning.

*LOST WRISTBANDS*
Guests will receive wristbands upon check-in, granting full access to all resort amenities.
If a wristband is lost or damaged, a $50 replacement fee per wristband will apply. Wristbands are required for access to all amenities and reentry from the beach, so please keep them safe throughout your stay.
*DAMAGED ITEMS*
Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged items during their stay. Please report any issues promptly so they can be addressed quickly.
