Payment Notes
We do offer a payment plan; 1/4 of your entire stay must be paid at the time of booking to reserve your dates, this will go towards your entire balance. Your security deposit is also due at this time. Balance may be made in installments - 50% of the entire stay must be paid within 60 days of arrival and entire balance must be paid in full within 30 days of arrival.  NO EXCEPTIONS. If booking within 30 days of arrival, all fees must be paid at time of booking.  NO EXCEPTIONS.We utilize PayPal Invoices for Good and Services for payment.  We no longer accept personal checks.
