The oversized balcony spans the living room and master bedroom and provides a perfect vantage point from which to view breathtakng sunsets, sporadic dolphin sightings, and vibrant emerald waters. From the beach, sun-seekers can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the breeze and the surf. Amenities that the facility offers include a hot tub, heated pool, a kiddie pool, a volleyball net on the beach, a basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, and a pavilion with picnic tables and grills. The Commodore also provides 24/7 security. Inside the unit, renters will find a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet and LG TV. The second bedroom offers a view of the Grand Lagoon and features two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and TV. The gulf front living room features a 46' flat screen smart TV and queen sofa sleeper. Beginning in 2024, the rental rate includes one set of beach chair rentals.
