Come enjoy our white sandy beaches while staying at our spacious condo! Our condo sleeps 12 comfortably with three bedrooms with king sized beds, plus a twin over twin bunk room, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. There are three bathrooms, with the master having a large garden tub and walk-in shower (handicapped accessible).

Our kitchen is ready for you to cook for your friends and family; you just bring the groceries!

Amenity and Parking Information: Laketown Wharf Resort charges guests a one-time amenity and parking fee of $133.00 PER RESERVATION, not per person. Upon booking, you will receive an email link to register all members of your party and pay the fee online prior to your arrival.
Your wristbands will be waiting for you in the PH.
All guests must wear a wristband to access resort amenities throughout their stay.
LTW accepts all major credit cards. The resort fee is subject to change as it is set by the onsite HOA.

Again, we highly encourage and recommend that you please pre-register yourself and your guests online or the resort will charge you an extra $50 late registration fee.

A security deposit will be required when booking this condo with small children.
Hurricane and Inclement Weather Policy: Unfortunately, The Weather Channel likes to send the public into panic mode over storms. For this, we had to put a policy in place.
If you cancel before your arrival due to weather, there is no refund, nor can you reschedule your trip for alternate dates.

If you are here and we are put under a Mandatory Evacuation Notice by local authorities and you must leave your rental early, we will refund for the nights not stayed, including tax (cleaning and other fees are non-refundable). If you leave your rental early WITHOUT being required to leave by a mandatory evacuation notice, there is no refund for nights not stayed.
