THINGS TO KNOW
* Supplies: While we provide a starter supply of toilet
paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags,
please bring additional amounts for your stay.
* Smoking & Vaping: Strictly prohibited on the
property, including porches and decks. A $250 fine will
be imposed for violations.
* Pets: No pet policy.
* Parking: In the Building, no long bridge walks. Building
HOA has parking fee of $50 per car for the entire stay.
* Bands: Wrist bands issued at check-in are required to
be returned at check-out. Failure to return the wrist
bands will result in a fee.

No smoking on the property or in the balcony, $100 fine per occurrence. There is a designated smoking area on the L3 outdoor parking area.
