IMPORTANT NOTE: Portions of the Tidewater building are scheduled to undergo exterior renovations from late October 2026 through early February 2027. During this period, guests may experience intermittent construction noise and activity. Balcony access will be restricted from October 26th to November 16th, 2026 as part of the project.

The Tidewater Registration fee is as follows:
1 Bedroom - $45 plus tax
2 Bedroom - $58 plus tax
3 Bedroom - $70 plus tax
