* The pool can be heated Oct - March for a fee of $50/day
* Absolutely NO parties, smoking or vaping in the home. You will be fined and immediately asked to leave the home.
* Golf cart rules are the same as a car and can only be driven by licensed drivers. Waiver must be signed by all drivers.
*Cars are NOT allowed to be parked on the street. This is strictly enforced and monitored by the local municipalities.
**Excessive stains or damage to linens (comforters, sheets or towels) discovered after checkout will result in a fee being charged back to the guest. Black make-up towels are provided for your use.
House White Towels are not to be used at the beach or the pool.
