Sugar Beach is a charming low-rise complex overlooking the white sandy dunes and Gulf of America in the desirable Thomas Drive area.  Nearby within walking distance are Spinnakers, Wendy’s, Subway, Guadalajara, Ms. Newbys, Dat Cajun Place, Hammerhead Fred’s, go-carts, rides, miniature golf, shopping and much more.  BEACH SERVICE (2 chairs/umbrella) included in your rental from March 1 thru Oct 31st.  
 
There is a freshwater lake stocked with fish that the kids can feed. (No Fishing!!!) - provides opportunity to see fish, turtles and birds. Also, there are two well maintained lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and grilling area along with the large beach side pool a short walk away. The clubhouse has a ping-pong table, seating area, tables & chairs for games and WI FI. The grounds have large well-kept grassy areas and walk ways which provide a nice change from the typical concrete and steel development.
 
This is a ground floor unit, one of the few condos where you can park your car right outside your door and walk right in. NO long trips to a parking deck or crowded elevators!
 
The condo was just redone Jan 2019.  The master bedroom features a queen-size bed with bathroom access, guest room with queen size bed with bathroom access. Both bathrooms have new vanities, tubs & shower. This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with new cabinets, quartz countertops, a spacious living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a dining area. Linens are provided but bring your own beach towels, suntan lotion! We even have a bookcase with some good books. This unit is very spacious and open, tastefully decorated, well furnished and maintained. Living room has free cable HDTV and WI FI.    

Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM (Central time)

A security deposit is required. Deposit will be refunded upon cleaning, inspection and return of the keys.
 
Cancellation policy:  Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit 100% of deposit paid. Cancellations more than 30 days will receive a full refund less $100 cancellation fee.
