On arrival to Summerhouse, the following charges will be due: The rental rate, taxes (12%)  and cleaning fee. ($150)

$150 deposit refund for cancellations more than 21 days of check-in date
Forfeit $300 security deposit for cancellations within 21 days prior to check-in date
