Rest and relax with the most amazing views at Long Beach Resort.  This Gulf front Resort is on one of the world's most beautiful beaches and a great place for families to vacation! 
 
Located on the 8th floor of Tower 2, this 1326 SF 2 BR/2 BA fully furnished condo has floor to ceiling Gulf and Beach views from the Living Room, Dining Room, both bedrooms, and kitchen.  The balcony is huge with awesome 180 degree views of the beach, the Gulf, and amazing sunsets.  This 2 BR/2 BA condo has two large master bedrooms that can sleep six guests.  One bedroom has a King bed and the other has two Queen size beds.  Both bedrooms have private baths with garden tub/shower combos and double sinks, TVs, balcony access, floor to ceiling Gulf and Beach views, Free HBO, and Free WIFI.  The kitchen is fully furnished and there is also a laundry room.  

Long Beach Resort has 24 hr. Security.  There are 3 Pools and 3 Hot Tubs and The Hangout is a seasonal bar and grill at the Lagoon Pool located between Towers 2 and 3.   One pool is heated in Winter.  There is a picnic area with gas grills and picnic tables at each end of the four towers.  (No cooking is allowed on balconies.)

Seasonal water activities are available on the beach:  Parasailing; Banana Boat Rides; Paddle Boarding; and Jet Skiis.  The beach has plenty of room for kids to dig in the sand plus room for volley ball; frisbees; kites; tossing balls; bean bag throws; etc.

There are two reserved beach chairs with umbrella (a value of $230. per week).  Extra chairs and umbrella are in the condo.

The condo is for non-smokers and no pets are allowed.  The renter must be 25 or older and must occupy the condo.  The condo taxes are 13% and the cleaning fee is $150.  A damage deposit of $250. is due when making the reservation and must be received within five days of reserving.  Until deposit is received the reservation is not confirmed and rates are subject to change.  The rent is due 30 days prior to arrival and upon receipt of the rent your parking passes and other information will be mailed to you.  Payment is accepted by Check, Money Order, or VENMO.

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.  In the event of a mandatory evacuation there will be a refund for the nights the condo cannot be occupied. 

Condo is convenienty located to restaurants, shopping, amusements, entertainment, grocery stores, drug stores, gas stations, banks, and more.  Pineapple Willys is a short walk down the beach from the condo.  Pier Park is about 5 miles west of Long Beach Resort.  

A deposit is due when making the reservation and is refunded after checkout if no damage or loss to the condo.  The rent is due 30 days prior to arrival and upon receipt of the rent the parking passes and information needed for the condo will be sent.  Until reservation is confirmed rates are subject to change.

Rates are Seasonal.  Holidays are Spring Break; Memorial Day; July 4th; Labor Day; Halloween; Thanksgiving; Christmas; and New Year's Eve.  Sorry, no monthly rates.
