Payment Notes
All weekly rates include cleaning fees and taxes as well as the use of two beach chairs and an umbrella.
Nightly rates must add 125.00 cleaning fee, 20.00 parking fee and taxes.
$150.00 damage deposit will be added. Will be refunded after property is inspected and there is no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required.
Payment made by credit card or paypal will add 3% to the total.
Late departures will be charged $50.00 for every hour past check out time.
