If Traveler cancels prior to 60 days of check in date, Traveler will receive full refund less a $250 processing fee
If Traveler cancels between 30-59 days of check in date, Traveler will receive 50% refund of monies paid, however if property is re-rented during the same period, Traveler will receive full refund less a $250 processing fee.
If Traveler cancels within 30 days or less of Check-in date, Traveler will receive a refund of the Damage Fee only.
