100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.

Rental weeks begin on Saturdays at 4pm and end on Saturdays at 10am. Rentals are not available for partial weeks except Spring and Late Summer period which is from Apr 11-May 22 and Aug 23-Oct 30. Rentals for a partial week cannot overlap two rental weeks.
