Step Back in Time to our Newest Renovation... Our other local rentals stayed full all of last year so it was time to add another soon to be favorite to this Wonderful Beach Community. Many of our guests come back to stay with us time after time... it's hard to tell folks that we're booked so we keep adding properties.

Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind. From each one of the hundreds of individually hand cut and individually hand painted rough cut lumber wall and ceiling boards to the New Retro General Electric Appliances, it's All New and, this cottage isn't like any you have seen. There's 3 Bedrooms with New Queen Mattresses and a Private Bonus Room with a Full Size Bed and a Bunk Bed with 2 singles. Each room has it own New Flat Screen and there's a Big one on the wall in the Family Room. New Air-Conditioning (even New Duct Work), Hunter Ceiling fans and a Tankless Endless Hot Water Heater. Enjoy eating out or dine in at on the over-sized Farmers Table. There's a small Breakfast Bar and a Pic- Nick table outside. The long front porch overlooks our Private Courtyard and Grilling Area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.

You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access 83 is right across the street from this cottage. Many of you are familiar with our cottages, the Oleander Cottage is just 3 doors down. Read what people are saying about us.Each one has been just as popular as our last. Everything is fresh and clean and we wouldn't let any of our guests stay somewhere where we wouldn't.
