Our beautiful beachfront condo offers breathtaking views of the beach, the gulf, and the larger of two sparkling pools. Situated on the third floor of the first mid-rise building, this unit provides convenient and quick access—by steps or elevator—to the pristine 'sugar sand' beach, both pools, four lighted tennis courts, a children's play area, a grilling and picnic area, as well as a boat dock and ramp located at Lake Powell.

Comfortable and Modern Living Spaces
The living room provides a stunning view of the beach and gulf and is furnished with ample seating, including a sofa, loveseat, and swivel rocker. For entertainment, the living room features a "Smart" HD TV with Whitesky service and complimentary WiFi. A convenient 'Murphy' pull-down queen bed is available, offering more comfort and ease of use than a traditional sleeper sofa.
The dining area comfortably seats four and is located adjacent to the living room and the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated with quartz countertops, a new sink and faucet, along with a new dishwasher and microwave. The bathroom, also recently remodeled, features a large tile walk-in shower with a seat and a shower head with a hand-held wand, as well as a granite vanity top, new faucet, sink, and commode. The bedroom offers a queen bed, a "Smart" HD TV, and views of Lake Powell, the smaller pool, and the tennis courts. For added convenience, the unit includes a full-sized, stacked washer and dryer.
Central Location and Nearby Attractions
Pinnacle Port is centrally located on the west end of Panama City Beach at the intersection of Front Beach Road and Back Beach Road, nestled between Carillon Beach and Rosemary Beach. With Back Beach Road, guests are just 10–15 minutes from a wide array of restaurants, clubs, a winery, shopping, and the attractions of Panama City Beach. Alternatively, the scenic route along Front Beach Road is also available. Heading west on 30-A, just three miles from the entrance, guests can quickly reach Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and Grayton Beach. The new airport is only 10–20 minutes away, and Destin—with its many restaurants, outlet mall, additional shopping, and entertainment options—is a short 10–15 minute drive further. A bike path stretches from Rosemary Beach to Destin, providing a great way to explore the area. The condo is adjacent to and shares an entry gate with the Carillon Beach Community, which features fine dining, shopping, and entertainment. For convenience, a Publix grocery store is located just across the highway.
