Request $200 to reserve the unit then, full at least 50% payment to book condo and the other 50% paid at least 30 days prior to arrival date. No cancellation refunds prior to/ or within 30 days of check-in date. All Guests Must be 25 years or older. No Smoking or Vaping and No Pets Allowed. Prefer weekly during Summer Sunday to Sunday or other weekdays, except Saturdays based on guests feedback that elevators had long waits on Saturdays.
