Our personal 'Home Away From Home' getaway. Our condo is on the 4th floor of a low rise bldg w/elevator. The condo has a huge balcony off of the living room and master bedroom with great views of the pristine Emerald Gulf Coast. The million-dollar sunset view is AMAZING!!! Sunsets in PCB will not disappoint you
Our building is known as the 'The Sunset Building' as the Sunset views are magnificent every night.

- Our unit has Clean, Crisp, Coastal Casual Colors. (Soft, cool blue colors, aqua/sea glass colors & neutral soft white in the kitchen)
- We can only sleep 8 people!! (this includes adults & children)
- Our unit is here for your vacation. It is NOT here for you to personally destroy it or for your children to destroy it!! Please respect our home :)
- We are dog-friendly (upon prior approval of booking) We only accept WELL BEHAVED dogs! Dog(s) MUST BE crated when left alone in the condo if they are chewers or have high anxiety when you leave them alone!!
- (There is to be NO Chewing & NO Damages done to the furniture, walls, cabinets or molding whatsoever!!) We love fur babies, as we have our own, & I will NOT tolerate damages done to our unit. When requesting a booking, please state age, weight & breed during an inquiry
****Even though we are dog friendly (upon approval), you will find our condo EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!! You will never know if a guest before you had a dog in our unit!!****

~~We are continuously updating various items in the condo in addition to, checking inventory to maintain/ensure all are plentiful and in good working order. We want to make your visit is pleasurable as much as possible.
The Dunes of Panama includes: 5 buildings, 3 oceanfront pools (one heated seasonally), (2) poolside snack bars serving beverages and food, outdoor barbeque areas, sunbathing decks, 2 lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, beach volleyball, ample parking, pet area, and work out facility. The complex has a HUGE 1500 feet of private beach frontage with other amenities including beach chair rental, water activities, jet ski rental, and more. With so much footage of a private beach, it is not overcrowded. Dunes of Panama is also located on the Quiet, family side of Panama City Beach, FL. The complex is also family-friendly, which we admire so much. We have rented in the Dunes of Panama for over 10+ years & love the complex. We feel safe & secure in the complex, especially w/our kids! We were able to be blessed in purchasing a great unit in late Oct 2019.
